Frequently Asked Questions
- You can find the label on the inverter side.
- You can find the Product Name Code (PNC) of the inverter at the top of the label.
- You can find the Serial Number(S/N) at the bottom of the label.

- You can find the label on the storage side.
- You can find the Product Name Code (PNC) of the storage at the top of the label.
- Underneath the label is a barcode and under that barcode is the serial number.

- Module front side: the Serial Number is placed under the glass.
- Module back side: the modules have labels showing the Product Name Code (PNC) and the Serial Number (S/N).

If you are a private (eg: you have purchased AEG products for your home or company installation), please contact the installer who has installed your AEG products.
What documents do I need?

Please contact the installer and provide the model and serial number of your AEG product.
