  1. You can find the label on the inverter side.
  2. You can find the Product Name Code (PNC) of the inverter at the top of the label.
  3. You can find the Serial Number(S/N) at the bottom of the label.

  2. You can find the Product Name Code (PNC) of the storage at the top of the label.
  3. Underneath the label is a barcode and under that barcode is the serial number.
  • Module front side: the Serial Number is placed under the glass.
  • Module back side: the modules have labels showing the Product Name Code (PNC) and the Serial Number (S/N).

Whom do I contact?

  • If you are a private (eg: you have purchased AEG products for your home or company installation), please contact the installer who has installed your AEG products.

What documents do I need?

  • Please contact the installer and provide the model and serial number of your AEG product.
  • Pictures and/or a brief description of the problem will surely be useful.

Retailer / Installer / Dealer

  • Please contact the AEG distributor who has sold you the AEG products.
